The NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025, filed with the Dutch court Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht, apply to all our offers and contracts. These terms and conditions are attached to our initial offer and all agreements. At your request we will send you these terms and conditions anew, free of charge. The terms and conditions are available in Dutch, English and German. In case of ambiguity, the Dutch translation is leading.
